Vancouver, Canada,
is a leading supplier of Voice Over
Internet (VoIP) Gateways. Our Enterprise
Class VoIP gateway is fully compliant
with ITU standards, including T.38
Fax Codec. It is a fully featured
gateway and provides a low cost per
port. A major feature of our product
includes a built-in 4-port LAN Hub,
an Ethernet 10/100 Mbps interface,
and NAT Router functionality.
The
gateway is available in 1-port, 2-port,
4-port, and 8-port
configurations (Stackable) and Windows
based Management software is shipped
with each unit. Nicer Canada maintains
a Centralized Gatekeeper so there
is no need for users to install distributed
Gatekeepers within the network.
Nicer
have recently introduced a very small,
lightweight, portable, VoIP
Gateway, the Model NV-110. It provides
1-port of FXS, it supports H.323 and
SIP V.2 and has an integrated LAN
Hub for a Laptop or workstation. This
is the ideal product for road warriors
and executives away from the office.

Our
product is in service in Europe and
Asia with excellent results. It should
be understood that we are marketing
an "Enterprise Class" Gateway
for applications in small to medium
enterprises and SOHO markets. We are
not a "Carrier-Class" gateway,
which supports a large number of ports,
a high-speed (T-1) WAN interface and
a higher price. Our major applications
are PBX-over-IP, Corporate to Branch
connectivity, remote dial-tone, and
Toll-Bypass.
