Nicer Canada (NC) is a leading provider of IT solutions in Vancouver, developing successful VOIP and GPS products and growing expertise in delivering value-added hosted telecoms services to an expanding customer base. Nicer Canada Corp (NCC) researches and develops a wide range of Internet Protocol (IP) networks, applications and services for large and small companies and telecommunications carriers. Since the company's founding in 1994, Nicer Canada has developed industry-leading expertise in delivering wired and wireless Internet Protocol (IP) voice, data, video and IPTV solutions to customers worldwide.Headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, NCC became a publicly traded company in 2003.
NCC has three business units: Consumer Services, Business Solutions and Telecommunications Carrier Services. The first two units operate largely under the Glopex Networks brand, while Carrier Services are delivered under the Nicer Technology brand. NICER PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS
Nicer's flagship products and solutions have proven themselves with consumer and business customers in North America, Asia and the Caribbean in three vertical markets:

Highlights include:
- Glopex portable, pocket-sized, plug and play GPS car navigation systems give consumers the world's lowest cost of ownership, multilingual voice guidance and MP3/MP4 capability.The Consumer Electronics Association estimates online sales of GPS products could reach $4.1 billion in 2007.
- Glopex VoIP Telephone adaptors and VoIP Phones, known as Softphones, sold under the Glopex brand have enabled customers worldwide to save money because these devices make every call a local call. Glopex adaptors and phones have VPN (Virtual Private Network) capability built in, enabling them to bypass an internet service provider filter while maintaining superior voice quality.
- A Glopex solution enabled the Beijing office call center of Symbio, a US-based outsourced software developer, tester and globalizer for 300 clients, including AOL, BMC, CA, EMC, FileNet, IBM, Microsoft, Palm, and Sony, to reduce costs, hold time and the number of abandoned calls.
- Glopex has provided Quiptel, a carrier serving the Caribbean Island nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to provide its clients with VoIP adaptors and VoIP phones, and has supplied Glopex Softswitches to the network. A softswitch is a central device in a telephone network that connects calls from one phone line to another, entirely by means of software running on a computer system.
- Glopex technology is enabling agents at Tycrop, a British Columbia manufacturer of turf care equipment, to make long-distance calls at local rates.
- Using Glopex's local area network (LAN), Vietlink Communications, a carrierserving the Vietnamese community in Vancouver, is able to provide its customers with reliableservice through a fully redundant arrangement of switches in the centers.

CEO, President: Paul Chen
Founded Nicer Canada in 1994, Paul has more than 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of complex computer networks. Paul graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and holds numerous licencse in various aspects of computer and communication systems solutions.
Chief Operating Officer, Director: Anne Harley Chen
Anne has manages the company's daily operations, and designed development strategies for the company. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in public relations and business administration. She has over 15 years of experience in hi-tech product market development and public relation management. She was the former President of the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in British Columbia for the 2007 ~ 2008 term.
Director: Bob Leshchyshen
Mr. Leshchyshen has extensive research and analytical experience with several prominent equity research and credit-rating organizations, including eResearch, Northern Securities, St. James Securities, Dominion Bond Rating Service and McNeil Mantha Inc. He presently holds the position of Director of Corporate Development, CHF Investor Relations. Robert received his MBA degree from the University of Toronto and received CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst) in 1990. His analytical career has spanned more than 30 years with particular emphasis on the financial sector and special situations.

Cary Tsai, a registered architect in both Canada and United States, is the founder of Architect 57 Inc.,
(www. Architect57. com) an architectural practice specializing in sustainable architecture, integrated building design, and smart home technology deployment. Architect 57 also provides service in commercial, residential, institutional, and research and technology design. Mr. Tsai is the co-founder of U.S. Green Building Council's Las Vegas Regional Chapter.
